Asia Long Drive Association is committed to growing the sport of long drive globally by organizing events and providing both amateur and professional players with opportunities to participate in these events.
As the governing body for the sport of long drive in Asia, ALDA has been building the best conditions for development of long drive, all the while creating a truly inclusive and international environment. One of the greatest achievements in this regard is the partnership agreement with PLDA. As Asia Long Drive Association signed the agreement with Professional Long Drivers Association (PLDA) in May, the winners of the Asia Long Drive Championship will have the chance to compete for the title of World Champion at Mesquite Sports & Events Complex, Mesquite, NV,.USA.
In order to qualify for the PLDA World Championship, players from Asia have to take part and win the title of Asia Long Drive Champion in Phuket, Thailand on September 14-16, 2022. This will be the first ever Asia Long Drive Championship and players from all Asian countries, as well as New Zealand and Australia are welcome to join.
The participants will compete in three categories: Master’s, Open and Women’s division. The prize money at Asia Long Drive Championship 2022 is 80,000 USD.
Asia Long Drive Association will offer live coverage of the Finals and the game will also be live streamed through our official Facebook, Youtube, TikTok and other social media channels for the final.
